Old Italian style hotel
Suegoeson 13/09/2017 17:50|Interesting way in through many doors and a corridor to reception before we learnt where to leave the car. A dear older lady was the receptionist, Very Italian, but spoke
very good English ( I had spoken with her from England to book a car parking space.)
She was charming and did all the paperwork by hand! no computer stuff. Rooms were very dark, and lots of wood, very Italian. After opening shutters it was very much brighter in the room. Very comfortable, excellent secure parking in garage attached. Good breakfast. Very well placed for exploring shops on foot , and Roman remains.
Clean, efficient, well run, family hotel
NDPFon 07/08/2017 15:09We stayed here for two nights on a road trip through Italy. The family that run the hotel are very friendly and the son seems to speak every language going! We have a very annoying dog who they were very kind to. Great location for the historic centre. Only loses a star as it's a bit tired.
Convenient but very old fashioned
M Don 21/01/2017 22:49Hotel is very old style and need a full refurbishment. However this is very well located in the centre with good access by car and the staff/owner is very nice. The big downside is that the hotel is not warmed up enough and you get very cold. All the friends slept with warm cloth in the bed (Some even with jacket). No wifi in the rooms.
Good located hotel in the centre of the town
Didier Con 20/11/2016 19:50Hotel Roma is an old hotel but with all neccessary comfort and is situated just near the old centre of the town. Just leaving the hotel and you are already in the Old city. We had a big room and in the room we also had a desk wich was eassy to put the laptop on and easy to work on. The personel was very helpfull and the owner was there nearly the whole day and always available for information.

Breakfast was simple - with enough of the basics to give you a good start for your day. The hotel owners were very kind, very helpful - friendly. I wish more hotels were like this.
