Fantastic place to stay 10 min drive from Dalaman Airport
David Bon 23/08/2017 11:52we stayed at the Romantik Villa as we had a late flight arrival at Dalaman (car hire desk was closed). It was only a 10min journey and we were welcomed by the owner. We are a family of four and we were given two large rooms with a connecting balcony (only charged for a family room which we really appreciated). There was a well stocked mini bar and everything we needed for our stay. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast before departing. Just to advise, if you are nervous of Dogs you need to know the owner has several wandering around the grounds but they are super gentle and friendly (i'm not a dog lover) but i imagine anyone who has come on holiday and are missing their pets would really welcome giving them a pet (our children absolutely loved the puppies and this made their stay really memorable). Can't fault the hotel in any way at all and we will certainly be staying next time when we fly to Dalaman.
A garden oasis
Ger on 25/07/2017 16:01We took a taxi from the airport. It was past midnight and though the journey is only 10 mins away we spent a further 10 finding the place so make sure the driver does know where he's going. The gate to the premises was locked and guarded by a dog but the owner promptly arrived when we rang the bell. He was very helpful and explained that the late hour meant there was no food to eat or bar to drink. He recommended a local restaurant or to ring for a takeaway ,we chose from the menu and it arrived in 20 mins or so - it was good. Soft drinks and crisps available in the fridge outside the room.The bedroom was in the turret part of the building it was huge as was the ensuite both were well decorated and very clean the aircon worked perfectly and the bed was very very comfortable. The shower was great.The room led onto a large shared balcony which overlooked the beautiful walled garden. Breakfast was served in the garden and it was fine- the standard Turkish breakfast. The atmosphere was calm peaceful and relaxing. This is a lovely charming hotel , an oasis in the countryside.I'd recommend staying here on the first or last night of a holiday as it's so convenient to the airport.
Quirky, interesting and fun!
Stephen Bon 20/04/2017 03:12We had a bedroom, complete with four poster bed, in the main house. The room was located in one of the 'turrets' and so the shape was fascinating. Decor and furniture were well chosen. The bathroom was modern and well fitted albeit a blind over the window behind the WC should be fitted! A door led onto a large terrace balcony with excellent views over the grounds and surrounding countryside. The gentleman owner was extremely pleasant, helpful and spoke excellent English. Our visit was pre-Season but accommodation is available throughout the year. Another guest's review mentioned noise from dogs. We did hear some howling, for a short time, during the night but these were not necessarily from the three dogs we saw at the hotel. There are lots of tagged 'Street' dogs in Turkey which roam around everywhere. We found all of them friendly! Breakfast on the Terrace at the back of the hotel was excellent. We ate at the superb local Cinar Restaurant (separate review submitted) and the hotel kindly arranged our free collection and return.
This place is unique. A great deal of thought has gone into making it so and into providing a peaceful, pleasant and relaxing ambience.
I must be barking mad...
GiojaAon 09/11/2016 16:42Stayed for four nights - accommodation was excellent as usual. But the dogs did not stop barking until midnight and restarted at 5:30 am. Sleep was hard to come by. The dogs are very friendly but need to learn some manners!

Lisa Hon 13/10/2016 00:53No one at the check in for 30 minutes. Extremely rude owners. Could not find a person to check in. When they arrived, they are extremely rude. Someone met us without a shirt. Then, the owners arrived. Or the people who are supposed to serve the guests.
