The hotel is beautiful but it’s really unacceptable that the temperature of the fitness studio area where they held the lessons is around 26 degrees Celsius. We always had to insist to adjust the air conditioning. I’m used to find a right temperature when I arrive at the beginning of the lessons. I complained every day of my stay about that but the morning after it was the same. The direction of the fitness area doesn’t work. It’s a pity because the instructors are really good.

Hotel staffs are very helpful! I was there for 3 nights attending a conference and left some clothes behind. The hotel staff were very nice and offered to courier them to my place in Florence. Best part was that the clothes were washed too! And of course, what a beautiful view the huge compound has to offer! Definitely revisiting!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely delightful. I have Hilton gold status, and booked a combination of points and cash. Tatiana at the front desk upgraded us to an alcove suite, which would have cost $925 per night if paid in cash. She also gave us a welcome drink ticket, and breakfast vouchers for 20 euros instead of the normal 38 (and it was terrific!). Everyone at the hotel went out of their way for us. We were a little concerned about the out of the way location, but we took advantage of the free shuttle to the city center. Also, we took a cab to the Vatican, for only 10 euros. I rarely give 5 stars, but they were truly worthy.

what a wonderful hotel , with the most amazing views , Rome is such a wonderful city , this hotel compliments the city with its beautiful decor, such friendly welcoming staff , with always smiles for the customers , it makes such a difference when you have such lovely service . well done to all staff .we will be back

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with a huge spa and convention facilities. The room was amazing with a hallway that could be shut off and a sitting room with a desk, couch and chairs, and big balcony that was decorated just like the interior. The hotel sits up on a hill overlooking the city center of Rome - an incredibly beautiful view. The staff is polite but really didn't go out of their way to accommodate us by letting us check in early. We were told they would let housekeeping know that getting us a room was a priority but it still took over two hours. Sitting in the comfortable lobby wasn't terrible but a room would have been better considering my husband wasn't feeling well and we had told them that.
Everything about the hotel is impeccable - and the prices reflect that. If luxury is a must - this is definitely the place for you.
