Where to start from - unclean room and bathroom, bed full with bugs (yes actual live bugs from different types!), claustrophobic shower booth, the breakfast is a joke, very noisy as there were many teenage groups and nobody from the hotel staff cared to quite them even after our complains, also the neighbouring hotel is kind of discotheque till 4am. And last - the staff don't speak anything else than Italian. Avoid!

A good choice if you want to spend some days at the thermal spa - it is just across the street. The hotel looks good from outside, large terrace, friendly, English-speaking staff. The rooms are clean but lots if them are small and without a/c or fridge. Free parking, slooow wi-fi. It was cheaper to book by an online register system then by their own site or at the reception. The restaurant might be good but since they close at the continental lunch- and dinnertime (as most of the restaurants does in the region) we had no chance to test it.

Friendly, clean and comfortable with great food. Six of us arrived somewhat exhausted after cycling over the mountains from Pietra Ligure, but Serena looked after us perfectly. There is a lovely pool round the corner and the town is very close for sightseeing. They also had a secure basement for our bicycles.

Extremely good value for money if you are prepared to walk 1.1 km into the centre of town. Parking is safe and partially even covered, service was very helpful and friendly. I would opt out of the breakfast (minimum standard) though and get a 'room only' deal. Room was with doublebed even I booked a single room, clean and double glazing kept noise from street away. Massages offered in the hotel. Wifi works.

We spent one night and were happy with the room , good spacious room . With central AC , it was needed as the temp. Outside was 37C. Location is good and practical, parking place is available at the back of the hotel. Belongs to the hotel and easy access from the back door. There is free Internet wifi that actually works. We had dinner at the hotel. Food is okey.
There is a huge public swimming pool just 3 minutes walking from the hotel.
It's a good hotel and the staff is friendly.
