The menu on line was NOT the menu to choose from. We were very disappointed in the food. The place is very small, a bar and a few tables. Not at all what we expected. Would not recommend unless you wanted appetizers and drinks.

Ordered the salmon.....arrived about 20 minutes later. Plate was very hot, food was not. Salmon was over cooked , and there was about a quarter inch of oil on the plate. Mentioned to the server, just said: "I don't eat seafood"....he did apologize, but no offer to take back or fix the problem. A paper towel would have been nice.
Server was pleasant, and attentive other than that.
Food was not good.
I'll stick with burgers and chicken.

The Bistro is the restaurant and bar in the Hilton hotel here. The house cab is very nice at a reasonable price. In the morning you can also have breakfast here and they have a very nice selection.

Just had bar service here one evening and the free breakfast next morning. I special ordered scrambled eggs and bacon both well prepared albeit bacon quite fatty.
Beware if you order wine here by the glass you will pay 14.00 per glass for the house wine.

Wait staff was not hovering but always seemed to appear when a refill was needed. Service was great as well as the Bistro being clean and offering several items of drink and food.
