The reception counter has a clutter of papers and mess. nothing welcoming as it appears in the photos.
the corridors have no ventilation as a result the whole place smlls/stinks of cigarette smoke and food.
rooms could do with brighter lighting.
intercom phone crackles,wires dangle from behind the TV,an empty fridge stinks.
staff at the restaurant are courteous but lack presentation. Overly decorated restaurant doesnt offer a soothing ambience to the weary traveller.
Small efforts from the management can surely give better returns to the guests.

Great Staff, Great Service and for sure its one of the decent stay I had which had a true value in terms of service and worth of money spend during the stay. The staff was too cooperative and never denied for any request within the limits of policy they had.

In room Tv setup box r not working firstly tell after change and fridge is also not working after that fridge change in the last fridge is not working full night

The hotel is located on the main road by does not have an attractive entrance. The rooms are small but surprisingly have all basic amenities like AC, refrigerator, TV, almirah coffee making kettle etc. The bathrooms are of big size. However, there is no pool or gym. In fact there is no open space where one can walk. The hotel gives a cramped look. It can be used only for a night's stay if one looks at only economy. The breakfast is below average. No fruits / juices. Just eggs and an Indian dish like "Poorie Chhole" or similar.

NICE STAFF AND SPEEDY SERVICE - nice breakfast with high class facilities.Quality of food is superb.really enjoyed stay at emblem and it is near iffico chock and railway station which makes it more good place to stay
