We had the deluxe AC room which was really large. It was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The homestay is in a good location with a lot of interesting places in Kochi within walkable distance.

2 night stay comfy oldy worldy enjoyed. restaurant run separately good selection. Popular. Big rooms, bathroom had a bath most are like wet rooms, our first experience in India no issues. Close to some good shops and large market stalls on Water front just a couple of mins walk away.

The homestay lies in a quiet neighbourhood, lined with quaint looking houses / homestay / hotels. Our stay was comfortable with decent sized rooms. We did face some issues with the AC, but otherwise had a pleasant stay. Ask for the local breakfast of Appam and stew here. That's awesome.

My family and I spent a couple of nights here while exploring Fort Cochin. The location is perfect for exploring - very central and easy to walk to lots of sites, restaurants, and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening.

We spent 3 nights during 02.08.2017 to 05.08.2017 at Rossita Wood castle with our best friends, really enjoyful, great location near beach and very charming weather. The hotel appears great heritage & old memories. Breakfast & dinner is very good maintained by English lady.
