Comfortable beds and good accommodations.
Breakfast was the same every morning- Toast, eggs, and fried potato's. We were only there for when we wanted to sleep, but it is very close to some very good Korean BBQ restaurants and very close to downtown LA

Originally booked to stay 7 nights which was a huge mistake! Checked in around 3pm and the room had no hot water which we reported asap only to get an apology and asked to "try again but let the water run for 5-10mins before it heats up" so I did as advised and still no hot water. Reported it yet another 3x and by 11pm they finally gave us another room to only shower in. We were told sorry no available rooms but there would be the next day, we cancelled our booking that night and spent the only night there searching for a new hotel to stay in. The staff were unhelpful and I could not understand them unfortunately. The carpet in the room looked like it had not been vacuumed in so long and there was sticky residue on the work station that wasn't cleaned before our arrival. Breakfast had very little to choose from, toast or cereal. Unfortunately my stay here was so bad I had to leave 7 days early so I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place have a great location! If you are looking for a safe place to park your car, a place to rest and enjoy LA this hotel is definitely the one! The rooms are clean and silent and you can enjoy the Hollywood sign view from your room.

We had horrible experiences from DAY 1!
The Grinch STAFF were clueless and gave Very bad customer service. Forget expecting "HOLIDAY GREETING"!
They were changing "hotel policies" in their benefits. They lied about honoring Best price we've found.
Loud drunks at the parking lot
partying LATE at night. Horrible greasy Breakfast to KILL your heart in the MORNING.
They had No Hot water with broken toilet. Most of ALL, I found BUGS, and I ended up with BED BUG BITES ALL OVER starting from my feet to upper shoulder- DOT TO DOT pattern!!!!
The Hotel was very Rude when we left. Not even THANK YOU or GOOD BYE. Later I find I was over charged$$$$.
It was Night Mare at ROTEX on CHRISTMAS!!!!

This place needs new management. Breakfast is crap and served by moody people. Place seems to be Korean only, although the day crew was ok. Night crew was terrible. Rooms are not clean, small water bottle complementary but if you want more water staff shouts if you have any money. Avoid.
