Room is well equipped and tidy. The region is not entirely quiet and the fire alarm went off at some point in the middle of the night for some reason. No other drawbacks though. Recommended for the price!

The work it's had recently has given this hotel a stunning face-lift, with attentative and polite staff to boot. The reception is very welcoming, the rooms spacious, and a breakfast fit for Kings and Queens. Will certainly come back here again.

Beautiful building in a long row of terraces. Close to Paddington underground. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and quite modern. Unfortunately that's all that was good! The room was so small, every time you walked (sidled) along the bottom of the bed you banged the television which was on the wall. There was just no room to move! With 2 people sharing one had to get out of the way so the other could get past. The bathroom was tiny and the shower plug hole kept blocking even though they came and unblocked it once! Breakfast was very limited. Tea and coffee in pump pots stewing! Plenty of staff in the kitchen but they couldn't make a pot of tea!! Long life milk for tea! What's wrong with fresh milk? Very hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs that had been sat in the warmer since breakfast began! I could go on and on and on.............

The room was so small there was nowhere to put our suitcase except on the floor next to the bed so you had to step over it to move around the room. The breakfast was bad, stewed tea fŕom a flask with long life milk. Very limited hot food, cold and hard scrambled eggs, overcooked sausages.

Reasonably priced, close to Paddington tube station so getting about was easy, the hotel is nice clean and modern, the room was lovely and very comfy, modern and well equipped.
We only had breakfast on the first day and due to the fact that all the hot things were only warm and the tea and coffee which is self served from insulated jugs was Luke warm, we decided not to to bother again, the 2 kitchen girls were really miserable also.
A good little cafe around the corner serving very reasonably priced breakfasts.
Overall good stay, ideal location, not too expensive (for London)
