My Husband my Sister and myself stayed at MStay Hyde Park for 20 days in October November.... we could not have been looked after any better!! The staff which consists of Andreea (who was fantastic) Tatiana and Ilinka and the girls who worked in the breakfast room and also the cleaners A 10/10 for this accommodation!! Absolutely could not ask for any better!!

I stay recently in this hotel, the location is very good because it is near 2 tube stations just 2min walking : Queensway - Central line and Bayswater - Circle & District line.
The room are clean and well refurbished with all new electric plugs with USB plug, most of them are fantastic because you do not need any adaptor.
Fantastic shower with 2 possible jets. Very Nice/friendly receptionist Andrea and Tatiana. Good breakfast with also a machine making pancake. They have a good De Longi coffee machine, but they supposed to have the adaptor to make also the cappuccino.

this hotel is a little gem in a perfect location. it's a tiny hotel but it has everything you need..from comfortable beds to a very well-equipped washroom (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and everything! they even left complimentary water bottles in the room and have complimentary tea in the lobby. very cozy and nice, I'd definitely stay again. also, great staff.

I strongly recommend this hotel for your holidays. It’s clean and the staff is very kind. Our room was small but homey and with everything you need; the breakfast it’s a continental breakfast with sweet and salty. The rooms price is commensurate at the quality.

I stayed here for a night earlier this week. The location is very good- a minutes walk from Bayswater tube, 3/4 minutes from Queensway tube and a 5 minute walk from the north west side of Hyde Park. Ideal for Kensington Palace, and 2 stops by underground from Oxford Street so great for shopping too. There's plenty of great restaurants and pubs within a couple of minutes walk too.
The welcome, and service throughout were second to none.
My 3rd floor room was clean, but very very small. Whilst I didn't expect it to be large, I thought I'd atleast have space to move around! I booked via Hotels.com and many of the facilities displayed on the booking details weren't available in the room - no tea/coffee (has to be made in the reception area which isn't much use), no desk and the bottled water provided was hot as it was Sat in direct sunlight. Only one lift available, with a sign next to it saying use the stairs in busy periods, except the stairs only go down to the 1st floor, then turn into a fire escape which you can get out of but not back in to!
I'd got a rate including breakfast which is served in a very clinical basement room - it's all continental but there's a decent selection, just a shame the coffee is just instant nescafe sachets and the orange juice poured into the dispenser out of the cheap carton it came in in front of guests...
For the rate I paid, you don't expect too much in Cental London, but i still thought it was a bit lacking.
If you get a cheap deal and don't want anything other than a bed however, the M Stay will suit you just fine.
