THe Hotel is neat and clean .The staff also is good
THe drawback is that there is no Restaurent although the breakfast is provided Complimentary and all food can be arranged from another hotel which is about 20 minutes from here .You can make your own tea and coffee in the room

Though the room was booked , the management was not aware of the arrival .
Fortunately the rooms were vacant and got accommodated .
Though it was communicated that the stay was for 3 nights the management assumed it was 2 nights and they forcedfully asked to checkout .
Horrible taste of the Breakfast in the morning .

Need lots of improvement as I stayed for 2 days and on first day evening the room was not done and all breakfast plates with remaining stuff was lying in the room and this hotel doesn't have buffe breakfast facility and next days breakfast order need to give well in advance and in the last evening itself and th the next day guy came directly with the breakfast at 8 AM without giving a call or any intimation

Luxuries hotel ... Beautifully designed ... Rooms were very clean ... Helpful staff ... Parking area provided ... provided basic amenities but have to pay for extra supplies , even for a bottle of water we have to pay charge ... far from the ajanta and elora caves... although it was good ... it was a pleasant stay

not up to mark of Treebo. Dinning place is not available. Serve cold kanda poha.You have to order BF in night. Every time you have to call reception for towel, door mat etc.
Staff is not trained. We are 16 people,they served BF in breake(first he give 5 kanda poha and 3 omlet then after some time another 3 omlet.every time they give 2-4 jammm and butter pouch. Proper parking place not available.
