We had a really nice time here, i could truly recommend japanese restaurant which provides really good service, especially we enjoyed time being served by Sandun. Really clean rooms, swimming pool, pathways and so on.

we visited this hotel in april 17,it is a lovely hotel a little tired in places but very clean.the staff where wonderful and nothing was a problem.Because it was end of season the hotel was quiet but suited us fine.the food was excellant and lots of choice,i loved the chilled rooms for the salads and deserts.the swimming pool is fab and the pool boys are lovely.i would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful place with exceptional service.
The hotel is clean, the food is amazing with a different cuisine each night.
One thing I learnt is that it's cheaper to shop in the local town centre than in Kandy so be careful when on excursions

Fantastic Stay here and loved the Swimming Pool !!! The staff are amazing and the service is great ! Loved the pool mainly its very big and has various different things such as a Jacuzzi and deep end.

What an amazing place, spent 10 nights here and loved every minute. You are made welcome as soon as you step in the door. So many smiles! I would definately come back here without hesitation. Went on a coulpe of trips arranged through Virgin which again were well worth the money. River Safari and Elephant Safari, saw Eagles, Osprey, Monkies, Crocs, Water Buffalos and of course Elephants. Food was excellent, bar service and drinks were excellent. Ate in the Japanese restaurant 3 times and Cabana restaurant twice, these restaurants were part of our Virgin Club All Inclusive deal. If you are on standard all inclusive you will have to pay for these. The main restaurant was also excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All members of staff stood out but the following we took to our hearts, Maduri, Tharindu and in particular Dinushika who is a trainee, she will certainly be an asset to this hotel. There were many others too so thank you to you all for making our holiday very special.
