We visited Royal Palms from November 9th to November 13th. We were so happy to find that everything we read praising the hotel was true and accurate. Marissa and Danita were so helpful prior to our arrival and Danita want out of her way to help us with restaurant reservations and sightseeing suggestions. The hotel is well located requiring just a 10 minute walk into Hamilton and is very easy to get to the bus terminal or ferry. We were delighted to find a lovely bottle of wine in our room for our anniversary and enjoyed the happy hour every evening. The breakfast is included and anyone could easily find something they wanted. All of the personnel were so friendly and always had smiles on there faces. We look forward to visiting again!

My wife and I recently took a weeks holiday in Bermuda and chose The Royal Palms Hotel through seeing the reviews on Tripadvisor. We were delighted to find that all that was written about was true. From the Smiths In the restaurant To Arnold the sommelier to John and Kenitta in the breakfast area and all the other staff, they were all so friendly and made us feel very much at ease. We could not fault any aspect of our brief stay. From the large room (123) which was immaculate to the extremely beautiful garden. The pool area and the pool itself was clean and wee maintained.
The eating was great with one would assume with a wonderful chef and staff.The hotel was situated fairly close to the centre of Hamilton with only a short stroll to the city centre.All trips and advice regarding taxis and buses were dealt with with efficiency and politeness. What at memorable experience as it was my wife's birthday and she was thrilled to be treated like royalty by all the staff especially by the staff at Ascots restaurant.A hearty thanks to all Management and Staff for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely boutique hotel. We celebrated our 49th Anniversary in Bermuda and glad we chose Royal Palms. Staff was excellent and we enjoyed afternoon wine and apps. , plus breakfast was more than Continental with waffles and eggs.etc. Hotel is just a short walk to Hamilton,shopping, great restaurants, and transportation . Would definitely return !

Nicely tucked away hotel but close enough for a 10 minute walk into Hamilton's Front Street. Danita was exceptional pre-arrival as well as while during our stay. Breakfast included and a good spread. Rooms and common areas were clean and serviced. Grounds are quiet as well. Cannot forget to mention the happy hour from 5:30-6:30! We attended every night to start our evening and also met other travelers. It was a great stay and will likely come back again!

We stayed four nights in mid-October. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff and we immediately felt right at home. Our room was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable, with everything we needed including a small kitchenette for coffee and snacks.
Thanks to Marisa and all the others who were so kind to us. That includes Felix with his helpful presence, and John who guided us through the continental breakfast and offered advice on things to do on the island. A nice man!
And the continental breakfast is much better than we have ever seen, Fresh fruit and yogurt and cereals, make-your-own waffles, boiled eggs, and plenty of coffee and juice. The garden setting for breakfast was very welcoming, and gave us a chance to meet fellow travelers.
The hotel is only a 10-minute walk to the shops and restaurants and sights of Front Street. And the on-site restaurants Just 24 and Ascots are outstanding (but that's a separate review).
All in all, we had a wonderful stay and are planning to return - same time next year!
