Enjoyed staying. Mr Chauhan is personally taking care of all the guests during break fast.
Clean rooms but there were some leakages in the bath room in Room No.702 but not a major problem. Overall experience was excellent.

I am visiting this place since 2013, earlier it was of Best western group, recently separated. Good place to stay in Baddi, clean hotel rooms well maintained, clean linen & comfortable beds. Restaurant need huge improvements it is getting deteriorated day by day, breakfast is below average only good thing is they serve hot parathas. Food do not have any taste, Ujjwal is good manger he should focus on improving food quality. Do not keep great expectations as there is nothing around the hotel.

Good to stay. Enjoyed staying . Hospitality of Mr. Chauhan is awesome-Personal touch.
Spacious & rooms are clean. Adequate parking facility. Will recommend other colleagues visiting Baddi. Food is good & tasty.

Thanks Ujjwaal, and making us feel like home in the hotel. Food was amazing and service was quickly attended. My Guest from Neitherlands also liked to stay. To know that the hotel is not call as Best Western and Royal Park was new to us.
