It is well situated, not far from the sea and near good restaurants and activities, there is a supermarket and an ATM just down the road a little, which is extremely handy . All the staff on Reception are extremely helpful.
It is obvious that there are far too few sunbeds and although I read from other reviews that the management are looking at the situation it is obvious that they are maybe not looking hard enough.
There is cleaning about three times in a ten day stay which for us was ok-ish .
Being a membership group (time-share) you will be subjected to propaganda to join (fair enough) and it will not be particularly well received if you say you are uninterested (not really OK) but they are just doing their job I guess.
So, after being barraged by propaganda and responding that you really are still not interested in becoming a member, being told you come over as hostile does seem a little OTT. Still not a big deal really.
On the whole it is a reasonably good place to stay. Keep away from rooms 264 - 270 as they are very noisy rooms being right over the bar.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club and had a brilliant time. We were allocated a first floor room overlooking the pool and it also had a private rooftop terrace which had sun beds and a table and chairs up there. The location is perfect and you can see the sea from the hotel entrance. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and there is lots to do in the resort. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return.

I have just returned from a quiet week in the sun I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it had all the amenities of home. A well stocked range of crockery and cooking equipment to please anyone wanting to cook for a family that would be filling the apartment. However, opening the door onto the pool-bar why anyone would want to cook I'm not quite sure.
Eating in the pool-bar for breakfast and the restaurant for dinner, I was greeted each time with warm and friendly staff serving wide and varied menu of food which was wonderfully cooked and presented. This was reinforced by regular guests being greeted by name as they arrived for meals.
More generally, Costa Adeje is a excellent place to spend a week in the sun. In its central location there was a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets to keep people busy.There were also lots of opportunities to do a lot of activities and trips on both land and sea.
I am looking forward to returning for another quiet week in the sun in the future.

We have stayed here 3 times, the complex is clean and well maintained. The staff here are all friendly. Jamie goes that extra mile just to make sure the guests have a great holiday and the food is nice and well priced .Simone kept us entertained all day with games and bingo in the afternoon HOUSE 😂

This resort used to be a lovely resort. Since it has been opened up to outsiders the place has gone downhill. Just witnessed a group of young blokes trying to kick the door down on room 211.
No wonder the timeshare owners are fed up and want out of ownership.
