This is our 5th time at this location. The suite was awesome, especially for or family with two little ones. Overall, the pool and bar area is great, but residents and guests really know how to make it kinda yuck by the end of the day. Even though there are several trash cans, people seem to not know how to make use of them. That's not really the hotels problem, but thought it was kinda gross.

Excellent resort with friendly staff. Clean and inviting suites to accommodate large family. Great atmosphere for family vacations. There is something for everyone ages 2 to 92 to enjoy. We will definitely go back.

Horrible! Room was not to the expectation of the Hilton name. checked out 1 day earlier and stayed in a holiday inn. I was locked out of my room for almost an hour. front desk personnel and security were both unable to get in the room. maintenance finally came and open the door. there were stains on the bed spread. I asked to be moved and had the same issues with the second room. Once we were able to get in there were white stains on the chair. I dealt with it and checked out a day early to a Holiday inn

I stayed with a large group at The Royale Palms and had a wonderful time. The rooms were oceanview but seemed more like oceanfront because both the living area and master bedroom had great views. The lobby & rooms were clean and there were plenty of amenities. The Staff was pleasant as well.

We stayed for 5 days and 2 of the 5 days our room was not cleaned.
We left our room both days at 10:30 and returned around 4:00.
Called several times to housekeeping and later went to front desk
about the problem. They finally brought towels and took the trash.
Told them not to clean since we had to get ready for dinner. One
housekeeping lady came with the towels and said we had a
do not disturb sign out. The room across the hall did have the sign
out, so I guess she got confused. We are Hilton Honors guest and
we have never had this problem. Hilton is not the problem just
