Fantastic Hotel

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Peru. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to the beach but far away from all the major hustle and bustle of central Lima so you still felt safe. The airport express bus has a drop off zone right by the hotel which was very convenient. The rooms were comfy, clean, and quiet. Also the Wifi at this hotel was amazing, something we'd struggle with in other parts of Peru. Definitely a great value and would stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel, although short, was lovely. The location is great, minutes away from good restaurants and the beautiful ocean. The staff was friendly and they even decorated our bed with roses because we were on our honeymoon. The place was clean and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us because we had to leave early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again!
Clean rooms and good hospitality

We enjoyed our stay at Runcu as it was close to the coastline, within walking distance to Miraflores restaurants, and between the downtown and Barranco. The hotel rooms were clean, but a little loud (as it is located on a busy road). The staff was very helpful with our many requests (luggage storage, taxi arranging, and food). A good value overall.
Best Service I’ve ever encountered!

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel to start off our two-week honeymoon in Peru. The hotel itself is a great value - decently sized and accommodated rooms for the price, as well as a great location within Miraflores. We could walk most places, or able to take a cheap taxi or Uber; the hotel even has a couple of bikes we rented one morning to explore the boardwalk. The best thing about this stay, though, was the service. Unfortunately, the last day we were in Lima, I lost my wallet and realized it after we returned from a local restaurant. At first I wasn’t sure if I left it at the restaurant or in the Uber car. My Spanish is okay, but when I called Uber and contacted the driver to ask, I had trouble understanding. The hotel receptionists called the driver back for me and translated to him the issue. They also called the restaurant for me to follow up, but the restaurant didn’t answer and phone calls from me or them. Finally, after we had already flown to Cusco, the restaurant emailed me and said they had my wallet. I wouldn’t be able to get back to Lima without seriously changing our travel plans / flight, since our flight back into Lima didn’t have much time between our return trip to the US. I reached out to the hotel, and they not only went to the restaurant to retrieve my wallet, they even brought it to me at the Lima airport before we left for the US. Luckily my wife had her cards so we were able to enjoy the trip, but I wouldn’t had to replace everything in my wallet, which is a serious hassle in the US! I am so incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from this hotel staff. I highly recommend and we will definitely choose to stay again if we’re ever back in Lima.
Great stay! I'd recommend it!

Stayed at Hotel Runcun for a few nights before heading to Cusco. It was clean, comfortable and the staff helped in any way possible.
Breakfast: coffee, juice and tea to drink. They also had a cereal bar, yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs and ham (Or some sort of meat). I was impressed!
Room: Nice and kozy with lots of hot water, TV, AC, dehumidifier, mini fridge that was restocked daily (Not included). There was shampoo fresh towels and a hair dryer. We stayed on the 7th floor overlooking the front street, which was pretty noisy if the window was kept open. The Hotel had a nice little patio out front and could order food and drinks whenever. It was also walking distance (within 20-30 min) to the main Square. Felt safe at all times.
Overall, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the noise. Thankfully, I had earplugs and was able to sleep but if your a light sleeper, keep that in mind.
