We were in suite 310 which is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed and pull out couch. It was so lovely. The service from their front desk staff is great! My husband loved the Rocky Mountain Soap that they provide in the suite and we ended up buying some for ourselves! The suite was clean and modern with a gas fireplace and a lovely balcony overlooking the creek. We chose this resort because it was close to downtown and had a kitchen. We went for so many lovely walks through Canmore and are already talking about coming back next year for our first anniversary!

All of the benefits of this property are cancelled out by the angry condo manager, who screams at guests in the parking lot for not following his parking directions. If you are trying to load or unload luggage he will run over and complain. It's quite disconcerting to be yelled at by this man who insists that guests need to tell him their names, and then screams that he's going to tow vehicles because he's in charge of parking.
Also, the hottub wasn't working during our stay, even though we were told that it would be fixed during our time at the hotel.

We (four adults) stayed for a weekend in August to attend a wedding. Our one bedroom suite on the third floor had a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, well equipped kitchen and large bathroom. There was underground parking so the area surrounding the buildings was mostly free of vehicles. It was a pleasant short walk (10 minutes) to the heart of downtown. We enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub with its view of the mountains. We did have a maintenance issue with the pull-out sofabed but our concerns were addressed by the staff and manager. Will definitely stay again if ever in Canmore.

Stayed here 4 nights in a suite room complete with hot tub. Very clean and everything you need but a tad expensive. This is no 4 star hotel just a lodge. I suppose it's location justifies the cost but I'm sure there are cheaper more homely bed and breakfasts about.

The apartments are excellent, and the hotel is in a great location. However, there is an extremely aggressive condo board manager at this facility who trolls the parking lot and yells at guests, threatening to tow their vehicles. At check-in hotel guests are NOT told explicitly where to park in the underground parking garage, but some parking lots have clear signs indicating that they are reserved for permanent tenants only, and not for hotel guests. Nevertheless, if you park elsewhere in the parking lot, in spots without reserved signs (like near the elevator to unload small children and luggage), the condo manager still screams at people and demands guest details, hollering about how he is going to call a tow truck to impound vehicles. It is a very odd situation to watch, as he is disrespectful and interrogates guests who are on vacation, shouting at parents in front of their children, telling guests that they need to provide their last names for him to record. I have never experienced anyone so combative at a hotel, and it was uncomfortable to watch the condo board manager just screeching at families.
Also, the hot tub was not working throughout our stay, though we were told ever day that it would be operational soon. There was never even water in it and it did not work at all throughout our stay.
