Good: the hotel is close to Sochi F1 circuit, you can walk.
The reception desk speaks very good English and the staff is friendly. 24h opened reception.
Rooms are huge, with a separated bedroom, a small balcony for smokers, a big bathroom.
Very good choice for breakfast.
Not so good: the corridors are actually outside and the hotel is not covered in the middle. We went there during huge rain, so everything was wet.
The entrance is outside as well, therefore you can't take shelter.
The bathroom is huge but old and everything looks quite not finished.

We spent our last three days of our vacation in this hotel in Sochi ,expected to go to the beach ,but the distance of the hotel from the beach is too long to go on foot at the same time too many high way in between that make you to use only the shuttle buses on fix time from the hotel to the seaside.So for our family who was in favor of beach and swimming the condition was not good.
I recommend for those who want to go to the beach and city center find another hotel near the seaside and the beautiful Sochi city.
This hotel place is suitable for those who want to use Olympic park facilities.
The food quality was not good ,although the personal were seem to be kind with smile but they could not be very helpful to the guests.
And the guards are very though and bad temper and impolite to the guests.

If you are fine with good rooms but pulling out your wallet for extra pay then this hotel is for you. dinners are not as good as breakfasts. Dinners are in the bar ,which is located on the 2nd floor, breakfasts are located in the reasteraunt on the 1st floor. At dinner you never can tell by the labels, it said home baked pastry's but there were none and on top of that they recycle old desserts for a few days. The shuttle goes to the beach once an hour and the beach isn't the best sometimes there jellyfish in the water some as big as your hand. If I were you I'd think about taking this hotel.

Located right next to the F1 circuit and in 15 min walk from the Olympic places, I find it a perfect base for exploring the area. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is big with sausages, porridge, omelette, pancakes etc.
