Had a fabulous stay in this charming hotel in the centre of Granada. Perfect location for all the sights and walking around this beautiful city. Few crowds and glorious weather. Hotel staff were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Just had three nights here and I would agree that the staff are ultra friendly and helpful. The building is really beautiful and each room has a separate theme. It’s very old and has been respectively restored. Our room was large with a good sized bathroom and walk in shower and a really good hairdryer don’t bother bringing your own- which is unusual. The only issue I had is there was no full mirror in the bedroom or any mirror in fact and as a woman I like to use one 🙂 plus if someone is in the bathroom you can’t do your hair at the same time. The pillows personally for me were not comfortable but maybe that’s personal taste. I agree with someone else that the room was dark and needed a central light, although the room ambience was lovely it would have been nice to have the option of putting a brighter room light on to see exactly what you were doing. All in all though we really had a great time here. Oh and mustn’t forget the free cake and coffee in the afternoon. Definitely a place we would go back to.

A weekend of culture, food and fun with friends, this was a perfect hotel.
Centrally located, we were able to walk to fantastic restaurants, bars and the hammam.
The reception staff were all charming & helpful & went out of their way to ensure we managed to book our Alhambra tour. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms modern and the beds very comfortable.

I give this a 5 for service, friendliness of staff, location and boutique feel but a 3 for how the rooms are appointed. The lighting was very dark, we had an interesting head board made of tubing but it was very dusty and one of the sinks in the bathroom wouldn't open nor did the shower have a curtain. I understand we had a spa bath, but not everyone bathes, some shower... a bit more attention to detail in the room and this could be a strong 5!

We had two nights in this unique hotel. Never been to Granada before, but couldn’t have found a better location.
Brilliant staff coped well with torrential rain which flooded the courtyard. Delightful people, who could not have been more helpful.
The printed photograph directions provided, were great for driving to hotel. The pre-booked parking was essential, and good.
2 minute walk from C3 bus up to Alhambra, and loads of good restaurants within easy walk. Especially recommend “El Mercanter”.
If going to Granada, and you want a small boutique hotel - look no further.
