Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment work a work colleague. She got a double bed in her room, I got 2 single. Not sure why you just wouldn't put another double bed in the room. Didn't sleep a wink, bed uncomfortable, pillows even worse. Very out dated. Bar man was very rude last night. Wouldn't choose to stay her personally that's for sure.

This hotel is set back from the street so is easily missed. My room on 5th floor was clean although a little dated - especially the bathroom. Always wary when the shower is over a bath! The bed was comfortable though. Reception staff were helpful and attentive.

We got a great deal with groupon which included parking and a bottle of wine..very nice! The hotel is in a good location but could probably do with a big renovation.
we had a harbour view room...the little balcony was so old and crumbly we looked out from inside. The room was fine with a really comfy bed but a huge print which took up most of a wall didnt suit.
the girl on reception on Sat 4th afternoon made so many mistakes...forgot to tell us our room number, didnt give us the breakfast coupon, and seemed very new to things.
The parking area is okay. The breakfast is fair...the fruit was minimal. there was no sign saying they would fresh cook eggs so we had the scrambled then realised we could have got poached ones. The coffee pot needed to be re filled more often. VERY expensive if you pay full price of $28pp!!
We quite enjoyed our stay but only because we got such a great deal on Groupon!!

As usual our stay at Rydges North Sydney was pleasant although we have noted that the rooms are getting a little tired.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could do with a bite of a make over.
All in all we still enjoy staying at Rydges Hotels.

Rooms haven't changed in the years I've been staying here for business. Used to the old tired rooms but the wifi is now dreadfully slow. 0.11Mbps on the download and 0.28Mbps on the upload in my speed tests. It theoretically can't get any slower than this and I'm an IT nerd who runs a highly tuned lappie. faster to simply piggy back on your mobile to get access.
