Stayed at one of the saddle ridge condos from March 5-11. the condo was in a great location but ii needs some TLC....we had soaked carpet in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Reported it and someone came and brought a space heater to dry it out but took all week to dry. Stains on carpet, broken fridge and freezer shelves, poorly equipped kitchen. When we booked it they told us it had a garage and even when we checked in the y still told us we had a garage....there was no garage. Dirty kitched shelves, cobwebs on the shelves....overall these must be poorly managed to be in this kind of condition.

We rented this condo for a week in January and were extremely happy with our choice. The location is great for ski in/out and it was convenient being located next to the Moonlight Lodge for buying lift tickets. There is also a nice restaurant and bar in the Lodge. The condo is decorated nicely and Saddle Ridge Rentals were delightful to work with. The outside hot tub was a favorite with our group.

Summer stay in Big Sky. Place is clean, nice, and Acra Samuels is very responsive. Price was right, and the addition of the Moonlight Basin membership was pricey, but I think worth it as we used the workout facility and Uley's Lake area paddle boards and canoeing was an awesome setting. 4 kids enjoyed the bunk beds once we tightened them up to stop the squeaking. The adults were somewhat comfortable in their rooms, however the lower level gets cold. Beds aren't the best, but also not the worst I have slept in. Nice having the end unit, it added a couple more windows. If you can afford more I would think having a house instead of a condo would be much better. If your on a tight budget this condo works well. It is about 1 hour and 10 minutes to the West Yellowstone entrance. 5 minutes to Big Sky Resort, 15 minutes to Town Center. Your really up there, 8000 plus feet up the mountain. Air is dry, bring your chap stick and drink lots of fluids. Beautiful setting, we enjoyed our stay with only a few minor negatives, but all in all a great place to stay.

We stayed in K4. There were a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. The unit is rated a 3 star but needs lots of updates and maintenance. The furniture was very worn with holes in the fabric. It snowed, the unit didn't have a shovel so we called the 'front desk' and were told 'that staff went home at 5 and guests weren't allowed to use them'. The hot tub was 50 degrees when we arrived (very disappointing after a 9 hour drive) but was ready for use the next day. We had to call for toilet paper as the unit didn't have extra. The unit is listed as 2000 square feet but has multiple levels with small rooms so no large family sitting areas. The TVs are small with Direct TV satellite but the channels are extremely limited. It seems for a 3 star rated unit accommodations would've been better.

Our group of 9 stayed in unit H1...it was spacious, clean with gorgeous views of the mountains. It had 5 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms (lots of stairs going up and down). Stayed here at this place for 6 days and the house was fully equipped. The main purpose of our visit was to visit Yellowstone and other tourist sites within the area. There was nothing wrong with the place except we found it too far to go anywhere...for example it was a 2-hour drive to Yellowstone, 1 hour to Bozeman. Shortest drive was a 30-minute drive to the Big Sky townsite and there isn't a lot to see in the townsite (a few restaurants, clothing stores, movie theatre, grocery store). Now if you were NOT going to any of the tourists then I guess you could just stay around your condo and take advantage of the resort facilities which costs $15 per day per person and go hiking which is free. Acra the manager of the place was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. She provided quick service when something went wrong ie. the garburator where we accidentally place the wrong items inside it. It would have been nice if there was a check-in / check-out system to get a better sense of what worked and what did not. Slightly concerned as we found a couple of items not working and not sure if this was dealt with or not or if we had done something wrong or not. There was free wifi if you like your electronics and TV in the 3 bedrooms. Hot tub was clean and was great to have on the days our bodies ached from too much walking. Hot tub is located beside one of the bedrooms downstairs. There is a club house with a restaurant and amenities like a pool but you had to check if the member that owns the condo was a member. Found that the area was really geared for skiers during the winter season. If you do not mind driving around, guess this place fine as well for your summer activities. Go to Bozeman if you like shopping. PS missing pictures of one of the bedroom downstairs with ensuite. Overall, we had a great, relaxing and peaceful place to stay during our visit.
