Very clean and inexpensive

Made my booking through trip advisor
. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed considering the price. Good air conditioning and toilets.
Staff were also very polite(Mr Ganga) and efficient. Food wise we only had breakfast which was a moderate buffet.(Reasonably priced.)
Many restaurants within a walking distance.
Parking was roadside but seemed a safe area.
Would Recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.
Good hotel, good location, Amazing Customer Service

Firstly, the customer service - starting from the time of booking, arranging airport pick up and the room allocation for a 3 room booking - On arrival, we were given a choice and settled for a 2 bed apartment and a single (large) bedroom.
The apartment had a very large lounge diner and a separate good sized kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, hot plates, and the usual kitchen utensils /crockery one expects - whatever extra we needed was supplied on request. Both bedrooms rooms had an en-suite.
The third separate room was large and also very clean, with all the usual facilities (bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, and in very good, modern (ish) decor, although there were others that were not up there in terms of decor...Also included was a large bathroom and a cupboard with safe. An iron and ironing table was supplied on request.
Wondered who this Ganga chap was after reading all the praise about him....it's all true, folks! This guy is a gem! He pulls out all the stops to make your stay welcoming, enjoyable, memorable, etc ....down to arranging cabs for you to go places....simply remarkable....
We self catered - there is the OASIS Mall opposite and Muscat Bakery & supermarket next door. The breakfast room looked good and there were people eating there most days. Never saw that open in the evenings, so assume no restaurant.
Location - Although there is no "centre" as such, I thought this hotel was central enough to get to other places - eg Shati AL Qurum (beach), Qurum and Mutrah (to the North and East) and the Grand Mosque and Malls (Grand Muscat Mall/ Avenues Mall, LuLu Hypermarket, Panorama Mall, etc) to the west.
The staff certainly made my stay easier in every way - so go to Safeer and enjoy Muscat and the Ganga experience!! ;-)
Centrally located Apartment hotel in Muscat

We stayed as a group of 20+ friends with Kids at the hotel. The hotel has junior suites, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which are great if families are travelling together.
Right opposite is a small shopping complex and there are groceries and restaurants within walking distance.
As an Indian vegetarian, I found the breakfast to have a lot of options for me. It also has the continental options for everyone.
Spacious rooms, free wi-fi and dedicated parking makes it a good choice
Reception staff was very helpful too.
Good location

The hotel is good and clean as a 3 stars hotel but not luxurious, staff are helpful.
Location is amazing adjacent to Oasis mall, restaurants and laundry.
It will be good if you don't have a car as it is near to services such as restaurants, supermarket and laundry.
They have improved a bit

I have stayed here after a long gap. I found that they have improved a bit in the terms of services, Front office is very cooperative. Especially Ganga is very cooperative and ready to serve any time.
Quality of Breakfast has been improved. Do not required to run to get internet vouchers every day. it comes with 5 days validity now.
They still need to improve on bath amenities & room service. There is no water pressure at 04th Floor. I have to change the room next morning to the lower floor.
