The resort cancelled our booking for non payment of advance even though this is not mentioned on the booking site. Seems like they only welcome money and not visitors. They just called us repeatedly for advance and nothing else. I really doubt the service level we would have received there

The place is really amazing location is really great the cottages are spacious the view is mesmerizing amazing destination to chill and have good time the service is best the food is amazing they serve best fish and chicken recipe and there breakfast is must have ....more over the pool is clean and available all day night the beach is just 5 mins walking. Everything that you need on your Mini vacation is at Sagarsawli. Kuddos to the staff and there service.

Dapoli is a town in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra.
This summer I decided to venture the Konkan belt and came down here with my family. I traveled all the way by road from my hometown Vadodara, in Gujarat to Dapoli. The scenic beauty enroute was awesome.
Escaping from the busy city life, the life in this part of country is slow, serene and makes your spirit high.
The natural beauty where hills and sea are side by side. The beautiful coastline.
Karde beach which I visited was one of the best. Clean beaches, fresh air, calm surrounding and tasty food(especially seafood). What else one needs for having a good break.
I stayed here, the hotel was very much basic, but neat and clean rooms and location was excellent as it very next to the beach.
Staff are excellent and very much friendly.
The only negative thing I found was the food part. No doubt the food tasted great but the costs were too high. I expected the other way as its a sea food hub, it's should be cheap, but hard luck. Never mind though as it was worth of an experience.
Suggestions:
1. If you are sea food lover, then please get your favorite fish or sea food items from the market. Harnai Beach market is famous. You can visit the same and buy from there fresh, and ask your hotel staff to get it prepared, which will be much cheaper.
2. Don't forget your camera.
3. Must go for dolphin watch.
4. View Sunset.
5. An early morning walk through the beach on your bare foot.

I had been there in Oct 2017 with my relatives who are regular visitors there since years . Location : Its perfect location to be in . It is right in front of the beach and you can enjoy the view from every room.
Rooms: The rooms are clean and significantly large and especially the washrooms are clean . There was a frequent issue of hot water though but if you ask the reception they will sort it out for you
Food : Food was exemplary. If you love fresh fish this is the place to go . Surmai,Crabs ,prawns was perfectly cooked and even for veg lovers some Maharashtrian delicacies were like homemade food . You would need to place the order beforehand . Solkadhi was touch sweeter but overall it was great.
Service : Service was exceptional . They provide you an attendant for couple of rooms and he will take care of everything you would need.
Drinks : We carried our own stock which might be a better option if you are specific about what you want.
Beach : Beach is clean and there are few water sport activities you can do here . Even during this peak season there were not many people on the beach so it was good.
For reaching there from Pune please avoid the route from Paud Phata and so on which GPS normally suggests as the road codition is pathetic . Instaed of that go through Eway to Pali and then join the Mumbai Goa highway which will take half an hour extra but its worth.

We visited this resort in sep 2017. Booked through make my trip so we get the room at resaonable rate. The rooms are clean, spacious with a big terrace at first floor, a private sit out with sea view. The open air restaurant is nice idea to have a tasty food admist of nature. It is few meters away from karde beach. A big garden and ample space for parking. The aroma of various flowers keeps you refreshing.
