nice place to stay ,go with your family and enjoy.ambience,staff behaviour,neat and clean hygeine attracts the tourist.easier way of communication,food is also very nice,washroom and room are well maintained.

Although it ws a short day. It ws one of d best ones. I stayed at Hotel sai grand castle inn shirdi for one night &had d most beautiful room with view of most royal nd d city! Cervice ws excellent & location is great. Special Thank u to akash ( Hotel manager) for making my stay extra special. I would definitely stay here again:::::...

If you ever get a chance to book this hotel, I would rather suggest you that you stay in your car and sleep. I think the Dharamshala and other places managed by trust would be 10000 times better than this place. Useless construction, pathetic maintenance and worst ever staff. By mistake we forgot the toothpaste and we were told that we are not the only people to be serviced. If such is a response , you could understand the drought in service. The staff is highly uncooperative and I think they know it well that people will come to know even if they offer any level of weird services. I would highly recommend not to ever book this place. Trust this review is not an outburst of anger but a well thought review which we earlier decided not to post.

Everything was ok. No worries at all. Would highly recommend. Quite close to Sai temple. Staff was polite. Freash linen. Ac working properly. Food quite good. Hassle free check in and check out. Transport were arranged by reception.

We needed a place to stay just for the day.. Booked online and requested the staff for early check in and check out. The hotel guys gave it to us without any extra charges.
The hotel isn't on the main road.. walking to the temple area isn't possible.. the hotel does arrange drop to the temple, don't rely on pick up much.. the Rick charges around 60bucks for temple to hotel.. the benefit is that it's a quiet place. Relaxing.
Hotel room: small but quite comfortable. Have no complaints at all about it. AC effective. Tv had all channels running. bathroom neat. Reception staff very courteous and accommodating.
Room service: food below average. Skip.
Overall: good deal
