The hotel's usp is its location. Other than that everything else needs a lot of improvement. Rooms are damp and lacks lustre and price quoted for this is awfully high. Good is ok but costly and one needs to check for insects. Room service has a laid back attitude. Cannot recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is good option for people planning to visit the Goregaon exhibition centre as it is only few kilometers away and hardly takes 15 minutes. The property is a value for money. When you are on a business trip timing is of great importance and this is a very good opiton.

I had to stay in this property when I was in a trip to Mumbai to attend OTM and had not made an hotel booking,my cab driver in mid night drove me to this property and as I wanted a room immidately , so I checked in this property , later when I was in comfort of room i thought of checking out the reviews of hotel... and found that most of the reviews were not in favour of the property supported by pics by customers... thanks god my experience was batter than that, may b the property is renovated , so i feel room given to me (301) was batter than what I found from review's , so with in the terrif offered to me I will say it is a good property, and if I have to general rate it an average property.
Hope management will improve.

I stay in this hotel whenever I visit mumbai for only one reason , it is a cheap option and its location is good.Else the property is old ,the rooms are not renovated for long , or maybe any newly renovated rooms are rented on higher prices.The food is overpriced and not good and i preferred to eat outside.Better to avoid.

Booking was quick and so was the room given during check in.
Service is little poor. Running hot water promised during check in was not there. Even after complain it was not rectified. so do check before.
