The location of this hotel is very centrally located with all amenities well in reach. The staff was friendly and the hotel rooms were very good. The breakfast was not up to the mark considering the price point. All in all, a good place to stay, if you are at Panjim.

Stayed here recently on a biz tour. The hotel has locational advantage as it is situated right in the heart of Panjim so for biz executives who are travelling to Panjim for work pupose. However the hotel is very small and has few drawbacks. My washroom was full of cockroaches, the kettle was not used for a long time and had dust over it. Breakfast was very limited and even the washbasin near restaurant had cockroaches roaming around there. The hotel also has a night club and one may experience disturbance due to loud music.

I stayed at this hotel from Jan 15 to Jan 30, 2017.The room was very comfortable with reliable air conditioning during a heat wave at the time.The shower was great,with a rainwater head and good water pressure.Toiletries were provided.Breakfast was included with a choice of Indian or continental options.
What was truly exceptional was the service, from the gents at the front desk,to the bearers,Tapan and Mithun,who served breakfast each morning and Manoj the cook who provided toast , tea, and the most delicious plain omelette for my husband who went down with gastroenteritis .The staff went to the local market to buy fresh fruit for me,gave us advice on local sights,most of which were within walking distance or a short auto rickshaw ride away.
The price was great considering hotels on the same street were twice the price.
I was sincerely moved by how caring the staff were.
I would return to this hotel on my next trip to Panjim.

Good hotel, nicely managed, great & helping staff, at the heart of the city, miramar beach nearby, casinos are also nearby, fair breakfast. cafe mojo is also good and popular, good location and neat & clean rooms.

I can't say enough good things about this small hotel in the heart of the old town. Someone obviously put a great deal of thought into the design an amenities. Professional, courteous and friendly staff, spotless and attractive modern rooms, ours even had a little balcony, fantastic bed with a choice of pillows, inclusive delicious breakfast. Extras such as large flat screen tv, good wifi, morning newspaper, in room tea and coffee, hairdryer, mini bar, safe box. Even though it's situated on a corner it wasn't noisy in the night. Look no further if you need a place to stay in Panaji. The price is very reasonable too. Oh yes, even a complementary cocktail in the lovely pub next door!
