This is a lovely little bed and breakfast, we stayed for 3 nights, it was very welcoming and our room was comfortable and very clean.
We had never visited this area before and Rose gave us lots of tips on where to go.
Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. We would recommend this B and B.
Thank you Rose and Steve!

An area of UK never visited before was an absolute gem. To be highly recommended is The Salmons Leap for superb hospitalilty offered by Rose and Steve. The breakfasts were a veritable feast, cereals, fresh fruit, full english, hot dishes followed by homemade preserves and their honey. The accommodation was comfortable , spacious and clean with ample parking. An ideal location for exploring the local area with the Broads on the doorstep and pretty seaside towns such as Southwold, Aldborough not forgetting Snape and the famous Maltings. Nothing was too much effort for Rose, who was a font of knowledge of places of interest to visit if you wanted to know of good places to visit.
Really good stay

I had a lovely stay here for two nights with work and I have to say, I felt at home straight away. Rose and her husband were so lovely to meet, very caring and ran an impressive home. Gardens are beautiful, breakfast was brilliant and all locally sourced, and the beds were very comfy. The shower was excellent...I was pretty sad I wasn't staying longer so I could get in it again! The two kid goats in the garden are lovely to come outside to too! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the location...it was a bit of a nightmare to find as its not very well sign posted, and the first night I stayed out of two nights was very hard as it was really late at night and dark so I was up and down the road for 20 minutes. All in all I would highly recommend though as its a lovely B and B with excellent hosts and great value for money, surrounded by beautiful gardens! I hope to return should I be down this way again.
Peaceful and Comfortable - Excellent for touring the Suffolk coastline.

The Salmons Leap B&B is a true home-from-home. It is an excellent and well-appointed place that provides you with the perfect accommodation and an excellent choice of breakfast. It is also well located for those wishing to tour the Suffolk coastline as it is very close to the A12.
I found Rose to be very helpful and very friendly and nothing was an issue. I stayed a night with my elderly dad (he's 88 and finds climbing stairs difficult.) and he was very pleased with the experience. Having a ground floor room en-suite made the stay more comfortable for him and having such a brilliant choice for breakfast certainly made for a memorable stay.
I strongly recommend the Salmons Leap as for a twin room it provides excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and we both had a fantastic night's sleep. I'd personally like to thank Rose and Steve for such a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again.
