Generally OK. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very welcoming. The hotel staff were generally very good and friendly except one day when I asked if they could call a taxi (My Spanish is still quite poor and not a lot of english spoken willingly) and I was told no and handed a phone number and told to call them myself.
Rooms were tidy and reasonably comfortable but not the cleanest. Bedspreads were stained. Has cooking facility but no equipment to use in the mini kitchen. No Mini bar. you have to go down stairs to a vending machine. Some rooms can be noisy.

clean room, good wifi, 11 €/night parking, in the middle of the city, true continental breakfast with eggs , baccon , saussage for les than 10 €, very friendly people working there, this hotel is very good

4 of us stayed here on business and thank goodness it was only for one night. The bedrooms are extremely dated and I had 3 single beds in mine, each one with a mattress like a camp bed. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable, I slept some of the night on the couch. I requested an iron only to be given one with protruding with broken frayed wires exposed. The night porter tired to persuade bad that it would 'be OK'! Breakfast was very poor as well with a very limited choice. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone on a busy trip needing a good night's sleep and freshly pressed clothes for the next day

The staff are very helpful, the price is good, and the hotel is centrally located. I stayed here again for an extended business trip. The room includes a small kitchenette, (ideal for my wife, who travels with me). Excellent breakfast buffet.

Albacete is not a touristic city, it has almost nothing to offer from this point of view. We stopped there in our way back to Valencia . The hotel is centraly located, modern
kind of business hotel. clean and safe. bed was comfortable price was good. Enough for a transfer night. We could walk from here to main walking streets
