We just went on a weekend trip to visit Cisano,Bardolino and Verona and were very satisfied with our hotel San Marco . It's a relaxing hotel with personal flair . Lake di Garda is in front of the hotel and you can enjoy the view all day! We loved the pool area and the service overall. Their breakfast is really good and you have a great choice of everything. If you like to visit Bardolino you can walk or go by bus or drive but we loved to walk at night - it's a 20minute walk . Thanks to the entire San Marco Team who offered a great service and assistance . We'll definetely come back next year.

This hotel is very simple, breakfast ok no fresh coffee as help yourself machines.
Owner speaks German very well but not fluent in English and not very friendly and does not make an effort to build a rapport with her customers. Hotel cannot help, inform tourists with much information, considering they are in the hotel trade they should be informative. It's a hotel where you sleep, have breakfast and not much else. The bedrooms are simple, hard pillows but clean rooms. Minimal staff around. Good location. Renata and Tahir friendly and speak good English.

A lovely, friendly welcome on arrival. The room was clean and fresh with a large shared balcony overlooking the hotel grounds, pool and lake. Breakfast was fresh and food was regularly restocked to remain fresh.

In June 2016, will be our 4th stay in the San Marco, simply because it is always the same, no not boring, but the quality is constant, the same friendly staff and owners are still there to be of service and give tips on the area.
Breakfast to die for, clean rooms with spectacular lake views, and a lovely swimming pool over-looking Lake Garda.
About 1 kilometer away on the lake edge, you can see the boat store for Riva speed boats,World renowned and hellish expensive, good place to watch the rich and famous!
The village of Cisano has great restaurants and there a number of small shops for news papers etc.
Loads of wine producers a stones throw from the hotel, so, plenty to do, as well as driving around the lake, or take a trip on a ship and see Italy from a new perspective.
Please be advised, book really early, as every year is filled up with the same guests, which we find great as we meet up with old friends from all over Europe.

San Marco Hotel is wonderful, to say the least.
We were greeted with hugs and kisses, as the family remebered us from 2014. Super clean and totally neat, serviced to perfection.
A breakfast to die for until 10,30 am, great pool snacks and full bar service for the pool guests and a comfortable small bar overlooking the pool.
Some undercover parking, but all totally secure at no extra cost.
We are there again in September 2015.
