This hotel has real old world charm and the most friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and very tastefully decorated.
Only eight rooms so a real feeling of home. The roof deck Jacuzzi pool with a teriffic view over the city is a great way to end the day with a few drinks. Everywhere in the old city is a short walk.

Without a doubt one of, if not the best boutique hotel & spa properties within the walled city of Cartagena.
This is completely unlike the chain hotels but rather prides itself on the warm personal service that makes you feel like you are at home rather than in a hotel.
Staff meet you at the front door on arrival and in fact on every time we returned to the hotel from being in the city the on duty staff met us at the door and welcomed us back.
The rooms (all of them) are very large and eclectically decorated with beautiful pieces that give the rooms a unique charm. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom, products, towels etc were of the highest quality. Additionally, you will find a small fridge with the usual fair you would expect. All reasonable prices unlike other properties in the same category.
A note on the rooms: It seemed to us that each time we left the room, when we returned the staff had been inside to straighten the bed and pillows again, tidy up and if we were not there in the evening, do the turn down service. Very attentive!
The breakfast which is included is made to order. You can take it in your room if you wish or go down to the dining are where they will make you whatever you want, whenever you want. Breakfast is not tied to a certain hour so feel free to sleep in.
Also included in our rate was a 30 min food and hand massage which was well appreciated after walking the pavement all day. Do not miss this as Lilibeth is amazing at her job and will make you feel rejuvenated.
All the staff are above and beyond what we have ever experienced in large chain luxury hotels in that the service in on a more personal level however they are respectful at all times. The day and night managers (Andres and John) both were well appreciated for their professionalism at all times.
We would without hesitation would stay here again and will do so and will recommend it to our friends and family.

This stunning old mansion boasts a wonderful spa hotel. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The welcome drink and massage are just the beginning of the warm hospitality you can expect from this hotel.
The breakfast is great and incredibly filling. This is the second time my family has stayed at this hotel and it continues to exceed our expectations.
The rooftop hot tub and patio made for a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset and a drink after touring around the city all day. It is a peaceful escape to the hustle and bustle of Cartagena.

Every second of our stay at San Pedro was phenomenal! The staff members were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and they were very accommodating to specific diet needs. We felt like we had the whole hotel to our selves, which was really lovely. The grounds and rooms are beautiful! We got massages, which was on par with the rest of our stay; amazing!! Such a great romantic relaxing getaway--HIGHLY recommend and cannot wait to return!! THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful hotel, amazing room in a beautiful city.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Most of all the room was beautiful. Jr. suite with a hot tub right outside the door. Really incredible experience.
