This is well located if a bit tricky to find. A modern hotel with well furnished interior, decent breakfast served in a pleasant enough room. The rooms are all well appointed, pretty standard hotel rooms. Staff are always pleasant in this hotel chain and it is a reliable choice for business or tourist travellers.

We enjoyed this hotel. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The rooms were small but that's the norm in Europe. The rugs in the room need to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, it's a very nice hotel.

Nice employees, breakfast was OK - nothing special, room was clean and nice but the windows in room were really small. It is located behind the big Sana Hotel, so don't mix them. Hotel is near metro. They have really good sangria.

We arrived late (around 20:00) and while I was parking our rental in the parking garage of the sister hotel my girlfriend got a free upgrade to a suite (we booked a single room). Added to this the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. This was at the top floor and very nice with a balcony around the entire suite. Quality of the room was very good, although the bath tub had some smudges which made it look dirty. The breakfast was good and all in all this hotel is an excellent base to explore Lisbon.

Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped when compared to any 3* I have ever stayed in. Beds are hard and the TV screen is small, but those are the only flaws I could find. Breakfast is complete and the service is outstanding.
