Visited November with friends for a weekend.
A small and friendly hotel with bar serving bar food although a limited menu The hotel is situated opposite the underground entrance on the red line, from the airport which is approx 20 minutes journey and to the town centre approx 12 minutes.
There are restaurants and bars nearby as well as a local supermarket. Lidl a bit further away.
The hotel has a roof pool and the breakfast buffet in the morning which was plentiful and a good selection.
The staff all spoke perfect English and were helpful and friendly. They were all good but a special mention to David for his recommendations.
The rooms were well maintained and spotless and very modern with the underground right outside and a cheap 24 hour travel card 6 Euro you could get anywhere very quickly
A fantastic place to stay when visiting Lisbon and with roof top pool {not heated)l you won't go far wrong.

For the first few days the room was too cold as air con is controlled by reception. Then as soon as the temperature hit 40 all of a sudden we had no air con. We had to ring reception several times a day as well as through the night to get it switched back on. This made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. Breakfast selection was poor with little variation from day to day. I asked one morning for a boiled egg instead of scrambled & was told not today. It didn't change during our 6 night stay. There wasn't much fresh fruit on offer either. The hotel wasn't cheap either at over £100 per night so would have expected more. The pool was good if a little small. Definitely a must in the city heat but it was too small to cope with the number of guests. Limited number of sun beds around the pool. Difficult to get served at cafe bar in hotel during the day. It was easier to get served by ringing from the pool area although not ideal given the lack of seating. Could be doing with staff in pool area to deal with lager louts. On one of the days we ordered a Caesar salad and the croutons were replaced by sweetcorn. We weren't told in advance & ended up picking them out as didn't like. Didn't have this problem when ordered previously. The rooms itself was roomy enough, the beds were comfortable & had a decent shower. Towels were changed regularly & room cleaned daily. Good efficient laundry service door to door. Location of hotel, last stop on metro line but close to El Corte Ingles shopping centre. Overall disappointed with this hotel given the price we paid & would not really recommend.

An excellent hotel. We had a suite which was an unexpected surprise. Excellent location for both airport and links into city centre. Lovely roof top pool. Breakfast was good if a little cramped. Very helpful reception.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - you're literally across the street from the metro, and in a nice neighborhood of shops and restaurants. Also, some of the staff (especially Antonio in the bar) are terrific and will do whatever they can to make your stay nicer.
That being said, the hotel is a charmless businessman's hotel, the rooms are small, and the breakfast is adequate but unexciting. We were highly amused by the sign in our room telling us about the complimentary coffee and tea, since there was not only no coffee and tea, there was no coffee maker or teapot either. We were less amused when if failed to materialize after we mentioned it to the desk for the remainder of our stay ... housekeeping also spotty, room never really felt clean. All in all, wouldn't stay there again - would look for a nicer place in the same area.
