The staff at the Sandman Inn Cranbrook was so friendly and really took care of all their clients. I had a great room with a strong wifi connections, access to a pool and gym, and everything else you would expect in a hotel room. The rooms and building are a little older but the furnishing is modern. I had driven a long way and was so happy to know the Dennys attached to the Sandman was open 24/7! I had breakfast for dinner and it was great! The service was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed! I had a GREAT experience at the Sandman Inn Cranbrook!

Staff were welcoming and friendly - pool was great and rooms clean and comfortable Great for an economical place to stay. Dennys food was nice and 24hr service a bonus
Locatiin good - was quiet even tho on the main highway - had plenty of parking.

Stayed at the Sandman Inn for a business travel and would not go back. First of all mix up with my reservation, afternoon staff was nice but still. Although I was by myself they gave me a ground floor room that I had to keep the windows closed. Air conditioning old and mirrors at the toilet disgusting. No directions were given if they serve breakfast .. overall a poor experience

Overall the room was clean and the hotel is fairly nice. It does need updated as it seems dated. The bathrooms are small and the toilets are really low. I'm short and found it to be uncomfortable. The coffee bar upfront doesn't stay available very late at all which is a bit annoying. The lady checking us in wasn't very friendly. She hides out in the back office and sometimes you have to ring the bell more than once. I had to get my card relayed and she almost snapped at me that I shouldn't put it next to my cell phone. Dennys is nice and recently renovated. The pool wasn't terrible.

This inn is right beside the railway tracks. Strangely we did not hear any trains. We saw trains but the hotel was super quiet. They gave us a room near the exit for my dog. Reasonable dog fee of $10. Nice greenspace nearby. The staff gave us a $10 Denny's gift card for our breakfast. Very nice!
