Where do I start? I'll stick to the very important things. First of all safety isn't your number one priority. I work in law enforcement and when I say the security that worked the JANET JACKSON show on 11/11/17 was a BIG joke believe that!! A female security guard I forgot her name but it started with an "S" when asked. Then I asked her what was her age she said 24. (short black curly hair, thin body type, she appeared to be Hispanic) Anyway she never asked to look inside of my hand held purse I offered to show her the inside then she never checked me or my guest for weapons! We had on boots and coats and was never checked for ANY type of weapons? WHY!!! She was friendly but untrained or lazy. From the door I started observing the other security guards frisk style and there was NONE everyone was just quickly checking purses and letting people in!!! I really don't understand this? What ALL of the issues in the world especially concerts! After speaking with several security guards about this I gave up and went on to enjoy JANET JACKSON. I have to admit I felt very uncomfortable during the show! Due to lack of training and concern for safety from the security staff. The show was AMAZING I LOVE JANET JACKSON and after waiting with my tickets for two years and putting my life in harms way to see her I'm glad it was.The Sands 77 Sands Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015 need HELP in so many areas but when you but people in harms way due to lack of training or laziness it's very sad and need to stop now! STOP worrying about people taking pictures with the flash on and look for people bring in contraband and/or weapons and even a little 1 year old KID was at the concert! COME ON NOW!....I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING as a matter of fact I will never visit Bethlehem PA

*The second hand SMOKE.
*The wait for the elevators very intense from the parking lot.
*The young acting inexperienced security and floor staff.
*The homeless people patrolling around looking for money.
TOO MUCH!

Stayed at the hotel for two nights to celebrate husband's birthday.
The hotel is new, modern and beautiful.
We arrived late Tuesday night. The casino is very smoky. I know people smoke, but most casinos have exhaust fans and areas are clearly separated.
The food court looked like a refugee camp in China. Nothing against anyone, but if you're waiting for the bus, it should be done in a designated area. If you are sleeping at a slot machine security should wake you and ask you to leave.
We ate at Buddy V's Ristorant, the food was pretty good, service was slow. The shopping area was ok, nothing exciting, hubby and son brought a few things from the Under Armour store.
We enjoyed the stay, doubt we'll return.

The buffet was very good, lots of different items, something for everyone. But the desserts were amazing!! The pecan pie might have been the best I’ve ever eaten!
The service was very good, we had an early dinner so it wasn’t crowded.

We were on site for business there really is no need to leave great restaurants in the casino and also retail shopping. Very interesting area as the old Bethlehem Steel plant is right next door and a bit or our industrial history to educate yourself if you so choose. My room was very nice and also secure better fit and finish than most hotels and at a great price point.

We stayed for one evening while attending a conference at the Sands in Bethlehem. Check in was easy and the front desk person was very pleasant. Our room with two queen beds was quite large and was very clean. The only negative comment is the the fact that shower pressures should be stronger. Check out was easy.
