Reasonable relaxing resort stay
presentpassingpaston 07/11/2017 08:33Great for a resort location, with sandy and clean beaches and away from the city center (at least a 15min drive away).
Other then the rooms, the resort is pretty much open space, which means you start perspiring the moment you step out of your room (when I stayed during summer).
Staff are generally friendly and nice, though their level of English proficiency may not be the best. But their service attitude made up for it.
Breakfast can get a little crowded when the restaurant is packed, and it seems like staff are unable to turnover the tables for the next round of guests. Nonetheless, other than the breakfast timing, the resort does not feel crowded at all. In fact I was surprised to see that there are so many in-house guests because I spent a lot of time walking around the resort, and it always feels empty.
If you are looking for a place to just relax, then this is probably a good and reasonable choice.
Great position, on the beach half way between DaNang & HoiAn
BillyTheBlokeon 05/11/2017 05:44We had a nice single room in the beach front block. Noise could be an issue during peak periods as it echoes through the corridors. Was quiet when we were there but occupancy was low. Individual villas would be a quieter choice.
Buffet breakfast is fantastic & meals in the restaurants are varied, great tasting & good value for money.
Some facilities are a bit tired eg pools.
Overall, good value for money. Forex was very competitive compared with airport rates
Reasonable resort
grahkenon 04/11/2017 05:43First impressions of this resort were good. Lot's of space, great beach, although swimming did not seem to be allowed when we were there, whether that was just due to the surf conditions at the time or not, we did not investigate. However there are 2 great pools as an alternative.
We had a beachside cabin, and our biggest issue was the lack of hot water for the shower. We did ask for it to be resolved and an attempt was made, but it became obvious there was no real solution so we agreed to go with a shower that just had the chill taken off. We did raise the issue again when we left.
The breakfast was of average quality as was the food at the bars. However the Ginger & Lime Restaurant was excellent, although only open in the evening.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We also made use of their laundry services which were excellent.
Overall a slightly dated resort, although possibly in line with the pricing

Heather Son 01/11/2017 15:39The Hotel is on an amazing beach! Due to the time of year we couldn't go swimming but we did watch the surfers out and it was brilliant to walk in either direction and not have beach sellers annoy you!!!
The staff at the Hotel were fantastic, very friendly and happy to help or give us suggestions for trips. Special thanks goes to Van (reception Manager) Ana - Guest relations and Chung (Chung worked in Ginger & Lime and we also met her at breakfast)
The Hotel is not new and I would highly advise against booking one of the garden rooms attached to the main building - these desperately need updating. We had one of those initially buy after speaking to the Hotel Management we were quickly changed to one down by the beach and it was fantastic. Great size of room, and a bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The pool areas (two) could also do some maintenance or a make over, but the rest of the gardens were lovely and very well maintained.
We enjoyed breakfast each morning and felt that was more than sufficient choice to keep us from getting bored in the 7 days we were there and as the Hotel (at the moment) is not close to many restaurants we also ate in the Hotel on the nights we didn't go to Hoi An.
If you are looking for a quiet holiday then I would recommend it, however if you want different restaurants/nightlife every night then the Hotel at this moment in time is not for you.
We counted a dozen Resorts developments in progress so I do think the whole stretch of beach will change over time and I think the Centara group will need to watch in the future as some of their excellent staff are poached by the new Hotels and should also be thinking of updating the areas mentioned earlier in the post.
Great hotel on Danang
Stephen Kon 30/10/2017 13:21We stayed at this great hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food is great and there is a good variety. The pool is easily accessible and close to the bar. Our room is neat and clean and we have found the resort very restful. Thanks to Khanh for her help with all our issues. The hotel organises cars and tour guides and are very helpful. We had a great time👍👍👍
