Professional and hospital personnel, comfortable room, new furniture. Well equipped territoty and own beach, two swimming pools. Many options for kidd's entertaining. Three restaurants, perfect food. Great location, wonderful animation.

Set your expectations!
At first it seemed decent....then I started asking for more information about the amenities.
"Where's the fitness center?"
"We don't have a fitness center?"
"Where's the spa?"
"No spa."
Okay...so then I got to the main bar by the pool to enjoy my all-inclusive tap beer.
"I would like a beer."
"We have no beer, the tap is broken. You have to go to the center bar inside for beer."
At the center bar...which also happens to be a cafetteria....
I'm not even going to go into that fiasco. I'll just say I drank very little beer this weekend.
The food was good at times. It was cold unless you were lucky enough to get in line when they are refilling.
The water is beautiful and clean! You get a chair, a lounge and an umbrella. Enough for me for this weekend.
Not sure I would recommend this as an all-inclusive hotel. Then again...it's super inexpensive..so one could say I got what I paid for.

We had a fantastic time, the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The food was excellent with a large variety at breakfast. They were very good with the food for gluten free. Fantastic location

We stayed for just 2 nights at Santa Caterina Village and as it was during the winter the resort facilities were closed, which is normal. We just needed a hotel to stay in as our house in the area had a burst pipe due to icy weather! - We were made very welcome and loved our short stay, the hotel has been recently renovated and looked wonderful. The public areas are comfortable and attractive. The restaurant was friendly and the breakfast plentiful even though the hotel was quiet. Our thanks to all that made our stay a pleasure.

Very welcoming hotel!
Hotel was recently renovated. Rooms are very nice and clean. Hotel has a homey feel. The pool area is really nice and hotel is right on the beach. Nice areas to sit and relax on the terrace. Hotel is clean in all areas.
The food and the buffets are the best in Italy. Fresh ingredients, plentiful array of food, and very delicious. Many options for vegetarians also. It is the BEST food, the variety, and the choices --everything is so delicious!
The staff in all areas are so helpful, and kind to guests., They make you feel welcome.
Internet service is now very good at hotel. Location is great--walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants in Scalea.
We love this hotel and will come back yearly!
