Very clean ,staff all very pleasant . Just remember you are in India hotels are not like Europe. A ten minute walk from the beach. Shops bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All in all a really good base. Will be returning.

We have stayed nights on May month which was not session time were we have got very low price. rooms are specious and clean. Swimming pool attached with BAr and Restaurant. Needs to i improve on the quality of food and buffet breakfast was very limit which was not worth really. Only stay i can recommend

I had booked this hotel for 4 days and had to cut the stay to 2 days and get refund because of the experience in this hotel.
All the rooms in this hotel have single beds only and if you need double bed then they join two single beds to make 1 double bed which is really uncomfortable.
The wifi there doesn't work at all and the staff there is pathetic and are not at all helpful. They made me wait 4 hours in the reception because I asked for a refund. I had booked the hotel for 4 days but the hotel was so terrible that I had leave on the 2nd day and ask for a refund.
The location of this hotel looks really scary in the night and there are a lot of dogs in this lane. Not on the main road.
Please do not book this hotel! Take my advice if you want to enjoy your Goa Trip.

The rooms at the places are of average quality, the AC was not working very well last time I stayed there... Recently I tried to book but keep on changing the rates and the staff was really rude to respond "Take it if you want or book something else"

This is located near to the beach and you can take a cab and visit the beach. rooms are similar to apartments and you get a small kitchen, fridge and nice bathroom. there is room service during 24 hours. during the weekend they play karaoke and ladies get complimentary drinks. from this place there is much distance to main goa railway station and if you are planning to take train be aware of it as transport cost will be high. Main Goa city is far away from this place. Hotel food was nice but you can find many restaurants around the hotel within walking distance.
