The ambience of this hotel was great. We had just finished the tour of Alhambra and when you entered this hotel, you could see that they had tried to bring some of the features of Alhambra Palace to this hotel. loved the entrance and the pool

I stayed at the Saray hotel for 3 days in October. My room was spacious, clean and newly remodeled as advertized. I stayed on the third floor. All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice variety, The only issue I had was not receiving a wake up call on the day I requested, and then receiving a call on the following day without requesting it, but at a different time.

Bottom tier rooms are average. No coffee in room. Beds are average. No real complaints. Things to do are a 10 minute walk which is good Lots of food choices. Upper tier rooms are very much nicer. Overall hard to go wrong.

We stayed three nights. One problem after another. The safe did not work and had to be repaired. The Matresses on the beds were very hard and uncumfortable. My wife had back ache in the morning and then discovered that a spring was sticking up. We reported this and they offered to move us on the last night, but we had turned the matress and did want to repack and move. On checking out we reminded the man on reception about the matress. He shrugged his shoulders and we got the impression that the matrees would be on the bed for many more customers.
They had three lifts. The first day two working, the second day one working and the third two working.
The breakfast was not that great and generally the hotel was not good. Add to this the extortionate parking. Then would not recommend the hotel Saray.

This is a well situated hotel within walking distance of central Granada. It is well maintained and the rooms are large, clean and well furnished. Breakfast was extensive and was well replenished by the restaurant staff, who were friendly helpful and efficient, as were the housekeeping staff. The only criticism is of the reception staff who were surly and unable or unwilling to assist with our enquiries regarding National day, which was during our visit.
