We stayed there on 17th Dec and believe me it was a forgettable experience i had staying there. No Lift, No restaurants, odour as soon as u enter the room, filthy quilts, worst location etc were only few of the problems we had there. Apart from that in the name of breakfast only two parathas were served that too without butter.Overall very bad experience. Only front appearance is good and they have shared the pictures of only the front portion online.

Cons:congested rooms, no lift, broken and filthy wardrobes, no restaurant, overpriced foods, very costly cab services, no balcony, dilapidated interior, better hotels are available in the vicinity with similar budget, deciving online pictures of rooms
Pros: peacefull locality, good staffs, uninterrupted WiFi

The rooms aren't great and there are no lifts. The place appears to have been a normal house converted into a hotel. There's better options around at comparable prices in Varanasi both at the same as well as at other locations in the city.

I recently visited this Boutique Hotel for my short personal trip and am very happy with the co-ordination and arrangements at Hotel Sarin Inn. The Hotel is centrally located and in very close proximity of the key locations like Sarnath, Kashi Temple etc. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.They are knowledgeable and go an extra mile to assist you and make your stay comfortable.I would especially like to thank Mr. Ritesh Kapoor and Krishna ji for being so helpful and courteous.
I am extremely happy with my stay and look forward for frequent visits to this place.
The Hotel is well kept and has modern amenities with a traditional feel in the city.

The hotel does not have wifi...beware of the same...you will not be able to login even if you stand right under the router.
We hired three double rooms
Mattresses were smelly.
Rooms smelt like someone was murdered in it.
All the sheets had stains on it.
Wooden almirahs are completely rotten and damp.
No toiletries...we had to buy from a nearby shop even basic essentials like toothpaste and tooth brush.
1 out of the three gysers did not work.
There are lizards in the rooms.
We asked for a refund or some compensation since we booked online but management is complete fraud.
Stay here only if you are stupid.
Never again for sure!!!!
