My husband and I stayed in the cottage 204 for a couple of nights. The washbasin in the bathroom was broken(cracked in multiple places) and the shower curtain was dirty. The low maintenance is appalling. It is in a beautiful location with much potential sadly very poor maintenance.

Excellent service at sathya resort restaurant and front desk staffs were very helpful in taking care of my one year old kid I had a very pleasant and hassle free stay over there and definitely I will recommend to my friends and relatives

It was a nightmare.Deluxe room was full of bed bugs couldn't sleep whole night. Shifted to another room next day. Rattling Air-conditioned, cracked basin dysfunctional TV system.In one word it was pathetic.The serene atmosphere of the lawn during evening was hampered by the high decibels from a party at the swimming pool.Complsints didn't help.It went on beyond midnight.How could the management allow that? Never again here.

The location was convenient on the NH and the resort was an oasis of greenery amidst dry and dusty Tuticorin. Though we had reserved our room in advance we had to wait for our room to be cleaned and when we were losing our patience we were upgraded to a higher category of room, which appeared to be hurriedly made up for us. The balcony (sit-out) was unkempt and dusty. The food (lunch) was good though expensive and the service satisfactory.

The hotel is not bad in itself, some rooms are spacious but there is always something wrong. Sometimes the air conditioning does not work, sometimes a pestilential odor comes from the bathroom. But the palm comes back to the restaurant staff who are incompetent and mocking your expectations. It is necessary to ask the same thing several times without being certain of obtaining it. I strongly advise against staying there.
