This is my 4th time here , that means I like it , the location is simply amazing , the service is good , please keep in mind that the Middle East is NOT North America at all . the neighborhood is few thousands years old full of character and history.

We visited throughout the summer every week or two. We enjoyed every minute we stayed there. It's great for families with kids. I just wish that they prevent people from smoking and that they have more variety in the restaurant/sandwich area. Other than that it is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

I went there twice during my summer vacation in Beirut, I loved it. I didn't stay in the hotel, my visit was just for the beach during the day. Sawary has beautiful beach, clean water, that's why I liked it, cause it's far from Beirut, the further you go, the cleaner the water. They have a nice pool too. Prices for food and beer not expensive, good service too. I read about people complaining who stayed in the hotel, that's another experience; i enjoyed twice and never had problems. I recommend people who visit Lebanon, to go and try it.

We didn t get the room we reserved although it was confirmed thru booking.com, they gave me a bad room instead after an argue.
Bad customer service.
Very disappointing, never again.
Don t try it.

The worst experience ever.
The staff is really rude .
He does not good manner at all.
I can rate marketing is zero. And the communication skills is below zero.
Not recommended at all.
You cant work in services if you do not know how to adress people.
