We have just returned from our second stay this year at Sawdon, again never disappointed, room as always spotless, breakfast as big or small as you want it to be, Sue is the perfect host, and will do anything for you, I really cannot praise her enough, thank you for a wonderful stay, love from Sue & Nigel, Blackpool xx

Sue was most welcoming, arrived to a coffee and home made cake. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was easily the best I've had at a B&B. Being situated on a farm is a very big positive, the view at breakfast over the rolling hills was great. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Sawdon Heights. This beautiful B&B on a working farm is run superbly by Sue. She is very welcoming with a fresh homemade cake on arrival! Breakfasts are huge and set you up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spotlessly clean.
In my opinion this is exactly how to run a B&B. Well done Sue. First class.

We had a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival nothing was to much trouble for Sue very clean the best breakfast you can have in a b&b and really would recommend this b&b to any one we will be definitely be going back for another stay

Just back from another visit to Sawdon Heights, never disappointed, Sue as always is the perfect host, rooms are beautiful and spotless, and breakfast, well it's just huge!! You really won't need to eat for the rest of the day. Can't wait until we are back, see you end of April, Sue & Nigel, Blackpool xx
