I am currently still staying at this hotel and regretting every moment of choosing this over others..Had stayed here previously and they used to have great service then...But it’s a totally different situation now with poor service, food served cold, no sauces given, no car pick up on time and worse noisy wedding at all late hours of the night .... Totally avoidable hotel unless you are fond of weddings happening in the day/night till 2 AM, you are ok with waiting for your pick up at the airport , pathetically slow lifts , poor hygiene at live counters during breakfast .... In 1 simple sentence - JUST STAY AWAY ....

The hotel provides nicely packaged services of transportation from Airport, Late Checkout, Laundry etc but in no way qualifies as a Five Star Hotel. At the most, it can be called a Deluxe 3 Star Hotel.
The breakfast buffet is ordinary. The services are prompt.
Rooms are of very small size and the interior is ordinary.

sayaji hotel chain started from Indore, This is really a very beautiful hotel, Staff here is very helpful,
From Lobby to Room including all the activity areas, this Hotel is surprisingly very clean and sophisticated.
From a variety of restaurants here, you would really gonna gain a quarter pound weight because food is very delicious.
On accounts to wallet this hotel is a little on the higher range, but its worth it.

I travel through India often but love my stop in Indore because of the Sayaji. In fact the only better then the star and the rooms is the food. Top notch. Great staff, clean rooms and excellent service. I love this place and recommend to any who Travel in India

Awesome service that i get in the dining area and on call chef are too good.
The gym trainner atr raipur is too good he tales care of health and healty food during stay even the property is so nice.
THe maanagers are well qualified and expireneced and also their way of matching the requirements is awsome and also this time i got a cake a as a birthday compliment in Sayaji Pune
