Nice Location, good hotel

Overall good location, outside the traffic of city. Good to stay for a short trip.I had to do some effort before reaching to right room but staff was helpful.
Breakfast spread is also good in Morning, so no problems such will surely prefer to stay here in next trip. Thanks

Stayed here for 3 nights, booked 2 rooms, we had a child & an elderly person with us. As soon as we entered the hotel we were guided to 6th floor & were provided with 2 side by side rooms but upon entering the rooms we found the room to be smelly as they were smoking rooms, even before i could complain they immediately offered different rooms on the 5th floor which were non smoking & pleasant. The ipad interface to control TV, music & internet was very cool.
We were very happy with the service, each & every staff member was with a smile & ready to help. Mr. Deepesh & Mr. Sayaji on the 5th floor were very helpful & went out of their way to serve us. They even sent a cake for the child & made us feel special.
The housekeeping was impeccable & they even did a beautiful decorative arrangement ( pics uploaded here) using towels & flowers which was really thoughtful.
Torque is the restaurant at the pool side, we had our dinner here almost on all days of our stay & the barbecue food was good. Mr. Parmeshwar & Mr. Vishwanath were very good with their service. We even had the chef come to us & made the food just the way we wanted.

We used the cab service at this hotel & we were very happy with the drivers. We used innova one day & the driver was Mr. Prashanth, he was very calm & a safe driver. We used smaller car & the driver was Mr.Saheb rao, he too was a safe & a very helpful driver.
Overall a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel though this hotel is about 20 kms away from the city.

We had traveled almost half the world. Me and my wife travel a lot for business and for enjoyment purpose. We came to Sayaji Pune on a business trip and we was not expecting a very good hospitality but when we visited the hotel the hospitality was beyond marks as well as specially the friend desk team specially, Mr. Vishal, Kiran and Praveen, very good care of me and my wife they given me the room I requested on 2nd floor as well as hospitality of all of them is very nice entire hotel staff is very cooperative as well as friend desk guys on the second floor are very very helpful whatever you ask it will be there in moments. All over it worth it as the money you paid is all properly utilitiesed

An outstanding combo of luxurious living

Its a complete value for money and is extremely luxurious. The dining is extravagant and delightful so much so that one starts craving for more. The spa at the hotel has amazing facilities and quite relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff is extremely courteous and cordial.
