Excellent hospitality great location we were definitely looked after by the very friendly and helpful staff

High class rooms with view over city and coast line. The staff is very friendly and almost home cozy..! Highly recommended for stay in spring or late autumn. A bit drive from Antalya, but worth it. Be aware of steep roads from city centre... The city Kas is a very nice small place i southern part of Turkey.

This is a lovely place to stay to explore Kas. The views are amazing and you are just about high enough to avoid the heat of the town while close enough for a nice walk down the hill. The hill is steep though so beware of the return but nothing that you can't solve with a 2 min taxi ride. Apartments are very nice, modern and clean and well furnished. Staff is super helpful. My favorite place in Kas

Three of us stayed in the penthouse. View is incredible. Location is perfect, parking is easy and its a 15 min walk to the center which is just far enough to be in a quiet area. There is a private car service that you can order 15 mins on advance. Lots of space in the apartment, just mind your head in some areas. At the top of several flights of stairs but Fatih lugged all of our bags up so was not an issue (and then was shy about accepting a tip). We really appreciated the washing machine! (Just remember that the power goes off when you take the key out of the slot so if the machine is running it will stop until you return. Soap goes in the far left.) Excellent hospitality, anticipated our needs, accommodated every request!

Well equipped, spacious vacation apartments with good views of the city and the sea from the upper floors. Nice and spacious, if somewhat generically furnished, living rooms, all the necessary amenities and decent WiFi. Good breakfast. Very friendly, helpful management. Good prices post-season. Penthouse okay, but bedrooms rather dark. Try the Junior or Master Suites on the upper floors.
Very steep walk downtown, but you can always take a cab (10 TL).
On the downside: Shoddy workmanship. Ceiling above shower area in my apartment already displaying first signs of mould; water running down the stairway when it's raining. Without serious maintenance, the place will be in an awkward condition within two years' time.
All in all a good option in Kas when you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle downtown.
