was here on a stopover from a 12 days Hurtigruten Cruise prior to fly back home via Amsterdam. Hotel is in central location and everythin is in walking distance. The rooms are spaceous and in good condition, bathroom is big after a 8 m2 cabin on the ship. What is a little annoying is the fact, that all room with 4 digits have an extra stayrs to get up the luggage, i do not know why it is like that. Breakfast is fine, room rate for double occupancy is 135 € incl. breakfast.

This is a nice hotell in the middle of city centre. It serves a great breakfast with both warm and cold food, and has nice rooms. There is a short distance to most of the things to see and do in Bergen. Helpfull staff.

I recently stayed at the Scandic Neptun in Bergen. Except for the restaurant, this place misses the mark. No heat, freezing rooms, telephone didn't work and ceiling lights would come on in middle of night. Second night noisy guests of hotel kept me up from 1 am till 3:30 am. Made 2 calls to front desk to get them to shut them down. Will not stay here again. Would have got more rest sleeping in a train station.

Excellent, the size of the room was awesome. The bed was very comfortable! nice bathroom, tv on the wall, fridge at the room. Windows, which is nice to have. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, it was overall a nice stay!

The room was spacious but old. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The refurbished rooms was big and in better condition than my old one. My room had windows towards the street and it was a bit noisy in the morning.
