I stayed at this place three times before, and it was decent. However, the last time I stayed at room #231 - the bathroom was very dirty, terrible sewer stench, dirty stains on the bathroom floor, not properly cleaned toilet. I hope you fix that room.

The bed was very bad.
Avoid the breakfast buffet at the same time as a large number of other guests.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Location at nice little park.
A few minutes to the center of Roskilde.

The room was in a bad condition, needs to be renovated. Especially the bathroom need a shine up.
The service in the restaurant was very bad. Ate dinner at the restaurant. It was hard to get in contact with the staff. There where 4-5 dishes which was not available on the menu.

The hotel is located on the ring road about a mile from the town centre. It is a ten minute walk from the train station across the park.
The rooms are a bit dated, but a reasonable size.
The double glazing kept the traffic noise out.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff friendly.
There was an issue with a smell in bathroom in our room 246.
It is a reasonable base to explore the area, nothing special, but it is one of the cheaper hotels so you have to be reslistic

The Scandic Hotel in Roskild is a good solution for business and Holiday, is very quiet, cleaned, and friendly. Unfortunately I taste the very good breakfast only two days, and dinner for two evening, but was both very good.
For my company is to expensive, but I try to come back.
