This was our first visit to Scarborough Inn,we have stayed at other b&b's in ocean city,and I would say they are in between,what I mean is,they are better than some,but not as good as others,the staff is very friendly and our room was clean,the bed was too firm making it difficult to get comfortable,and the bathroom is quite small,I would turn the bed the other way and extend the bathroom wall out to include the closet,this way eliminating the need for a closet door,the food was good,but there could have been more choices,they are conveniently located to the boardwalk and beach,if I had to pick the best thing it would be the staff,they are very friendly and attentive.

This was our first stay at the Scarborough Inn but I hope it won't be the last. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and we couldn't wait to see what treat was being served at 4:00. Our room was lovely but our favorite spot was the porch which was great for reading, relaxing and people watching.

This was our second time staying at the Scarborough Inn. The first time we stayed there was our first weekend get-away as a couple and they made us feel so welcome that we didn't even question where to stay on our return. Once again, the stay was marvelous. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The place is absolutely charming and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Note, there is a fairly hefty charge for late check-in, so make sure you can check-in during normal business hours.

Kids now grown my husband and I in our 60's found Scarborough Inn the perfect get-away. The room had all we needed, refrig, AC, bath, TV (which we tried to keep off to block out the world) ; it was like being in a relative's home with game room, library and loved the porch-rocked every chance I could. The breakfast was delicious with standard waffles fruit etc if we did not want the entrée which we never passed up. It was so close to the beach and boardwalk just a couple of blocks. We biked all over Ocean City too. The guests were pleasant to strike up a conversation and the host & hostess (Steve & Brandie) felt like part of the family. Thanks so much for making our vacation in almost 9 years fantastic! Dot & Mike

I have been staying at Scarborough since I was a young child. While my parents have not visited the island in quite some time, my sister and I continue to vacation together when we can. Scarborough is always our first choice. You honestly can't beat the value. In the past, we have also vacationed at the Biscayne Suites and they are nice, but we always wind up at Scarborough. The rooms are always clean and comfortable (even room 24 -- small, but great view and wonderful ocean breeze, which is why we choose it every time). The staff is BEYOND friendly. Megan at the front desk is a lovely person. She even offered to help us with our bags when we arrived. All of the severs in the dining room are so kind. The unlimited coffee and tea at all times is great as well. Breakfast options are plentiful, with a main dish and additional items like a waffle station, breads, cereal, and fruit if you'd like something additional or don't like the meal for that morning. My sister adored the tea selection. Afternoon snack is also a nice touch. Nothing better than coming back from the beach and grabbing a quick snack before dinner. I also have to comment on the owners -- fantastic people. The entire family is beyond friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel like their own. We just left today and can't wait to plan our next stay on the island!!
