Great location, just across from
the water. Stuff speaks very poor english and no hindi making it difficult to communicate. Property looks like an actual home. Rooms are spacious, have no
balcony (except for the one on the floor) and smell musty. It would be nice to have a mosquito repellent -because there are A LOT of them - and a tea kettle in room. Hotel offers no food. At all. Tea and biscuits are brought to room in the AM. Stuff is courteous. No CC accepted.

They are located off from the crowds so it is quiet and you can hear the surf since the building is located near the road and shore. There is usually a good breeze so even on a hot day you can sit on balcony and not feel the heat. Great service and helpful staff to find and help with anything you need.
WiFi was the only weak point as you have to be in lobby or public areas to access.
Coffee and breakfast's were great. They have several places they can order food in from.

They have a very good way of service,Very clean and safe for families and everyone.Calm and quite environment.I have stayed here with my family and friends.As i come here often,i always choose this Resort to stay because of its good environment and services.They even give us complimentary drinks.The staffs over there are very respectful and nice.

The hotel is located right next to the payyambalam beach. The beach is almost like a private beach and is very clean. Sea was rough when we were there. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The sea view from is balcony is awesome.The staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is not available at the hotel, but they can arrange it from a nearby restaurant. Overall it was a very memorable stay.

So it was a quick one day trip from Bangalore. We needed a place close to sea. So, this was natural choice once we checked google map for location. Initially had little trouble to find the location through local people as Kannur seemed to be a little place and people are not very aware of different hotels/landmarks. A call to the manager and he managed it so well. He was in fact waiting for us on the road while it was raining. Awesome welcome! Usual check-in was at noon; we reached in early morning. I was ready to pay some extra if needed. Mr.Babu, the manager just laughed about it! And then we entered the room. Wooden furnitures, spacious rooms, amazingly courteous staff with their brilliant cooking. I was dying to taste Kerala cuisines and without having a big restaurant the food that they served; oh boy! We absolutely fell in love with the food. Felt just at home. No extra spicy, coloured food that kills you the very next day. Next thing is the Sea, it is your neighbour. No need to really go out of the property. Just enjoy the beauty from hotel balcony. Relax with the ever restless waves. Have a great time spending with your loved ones. We did not go out to explore touristy points as our idea was to relax and spend a day near the sea. We being a frequent traveller do not seek a 5 start luxury but seek warmth. Truly, this hotel was very able to fulfil the requirement. A must stay place. Definitely we will go back again. All the best!
